Here we are again to tell you another #TravelWithGWD story with destination PortoVenere to celebrate Mr. Fabrizio Oriani’s 43th birthday, in collaboration with Costa Estate.
Cooking Experience at Il Timone
As soon as we arrived in the amazing Portovenere we had the chance to attend a dedicated cooking class at Il Timone a traditional ligurian restaurant managed by Antonella the charming host who taught us how to make pesto and farinata, two typical Ligurian dishes.
Villa Bianca by Costa Estate
Our home for the stay was Villa Bianca (Costa Estate‘s pearl), located by the sea where Aphrodite was born.
The villa delighted us with its private garden and pool, where we relaxed after a day spent by the sea.
Porto Venere
Portovenere bewitched us with its beautiful colors and unforgettable landscape with rugged terrain and the Mediterranean Sea.
Moreover Portovenere is a true gem with the little harbour and the iconic set of colored houses behind it, and narrow alleys which develop the village on the hill.
